I started my career at 21 fresh out of college in a warehouse role with a specialty valve distributor.  That was the beginning of a 30 plus year career in the fast paced, challenging Industrial Supply Industry.  Over the last 20 years I have had the opportunity to lead teams in executive roles  in all facets of the business from sales, business development, supply chain, manufacturing, and innovation and technology.   I am having the most fun when when I have a marker in hand, a white board, a seemingly impossible mission, and I am doing it with a team that are not afraid to suggest and do what hasn't been done before.    Creativity, innovation, and finding ways to break through problems with people I love working with is a key driver for me.

Time away from the business, I  enjoy golfing, skiing, playing hockey, squash, boating, playing guitar and hanging with family and friends sharing stories and having a few laughs.

Over the last decade and a half as a data engineer, I have helped businesses make sense of their data and embark on their own digital transformation journeys across sectors ranging from Retail to Manufacturing to Distribution.I have a deep understanding and appreciation for customers challenges and my mission at Flywheel is to ensure the smooth development of great products that deliver value to our customers.My focus is  on creating tools that help businesses understand their data and use it to extract insights and trends to inform strategic decisions and then convert that knowledge into action.

My experience has made one thing clear to me : there is always room for improvement & simplification, and it is achievable with a little help from data and technology.

With over 15 years of experience in software development and implementation, my work allows me to stand at the forefront of technological innovation in the generative AI space, leverage my extensive expertise to drive Flywheel’s technological strategy, and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions.

 My career and professional journey are marked by significant accomplishments across various domains, including retail and healthcare. I successfully led the development and implementation of transformative projects such as Secure Gift Card and Points Application Implementation, Omni Channel Implementation, and Dropship Implementation. My deep knowledge in AI/ML technologies has consistently been a catalyst for innovation.

With five years of experience in software development, systems engineering, and cloud integrations, I specialize in architecting and implementing advanced information systems at Flywheel Solutions. My work focuses on enhancing operational efficiency in the Industrial Supply sector through cloud services and AI-driven solutions.
