I started my career at 21 fresh out of college in a warehouse role with a specialty valve distributor.  That was the beginning of a 30 plus year career in the fast paced, challenging Industrial Supply Industry.  Over the last 20 years I have had the opportunity to lead teams in executive roles  in all facets of the business from sales, business development, supply chain, manufacturing, and innovation and technology.   I am having the most fun when when I have a marker in hand, a white board, a seemingly impossible mission, and I am doing it with a team that are not afraid to suggest and do what hasn't been done before.    Creativity, innovation, and finding ways to break through problems with people I love working with is a key driver for me.

Time away from the business, I  enjoy golfing, skiing, playing hockey, squash, boating, playing guitar and hanging with family and friends sharing stories and having a few laughs.

With over 15 years of experience in software development and implementation, my work allows me to stand at the forefront of technological innovation in the generative AI space, leverage my extensive expertise to drive Flywheel’s technological strategy, and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions.

 My career and professional journey are marked by significant accomplishments across various domains, including retail and healthcare. I successfully led the development and implementation of transformative projects such as Secure Gift Card and Points Application Implementation, Omni Channel Implementation, and Dropship Implementation. My deep knowledge in AI/ML technologies has consistently been a catalyst for innovation.

At Flywheel Solutions, I oversee the architecture and deployment of scalable AI-driven platforms. My mission is to spearhead initiatives that integrate generative AI to enhance operational efficiencies and create meaningful value for clients.

I am a highly skilled data scientist with over 7 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and machine learning.

I have a proven track record in designing and deploying machine learning applications and data-driven decision-making frameworks, with expertise in leveraging Python and SQL for developing scalable solutions.
